Sage Tops Mix

Sage Tops Mix

Sage Tops Mix is a beautiful blend of Sage Gold Tops, Sage Purple Tops, and Sage Tricolor Tops, offering strong sage flavors. The vibrant array of colors and textures creates a stunning attraction on your plate, adding both flavor and visual appeal to any dish, making it perfect for elevating your culinary presentations.

Sage Advice

Ingredients

  • Sage Tops Mix
  • 1.5 oz Bourbon
  • 1 oz Perfect Purée Blackberry
  • 1/2 oz Lime
  • 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • Ginger Beer
  • 2 Sage Tops

Method

  1. Add sage tops and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle gently.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the ginger beer, to the shaker.
  3. Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
  4. Double strain into a prepared rocks glass with ice.
  5. Top off with ginger beer.
  6. Add a few multi-colored sprigs of Sage Tops Mix to elevate and serve.
